i realized today that there are many interntational meanings for the word "full."

when i went to haiti, public transportation buses were never really considered full. unless there wasn't another possible place to grab ahold of to hang off - a bus wasn't full.

here in the US, we feel like there's room to complain after a meal if our bellies aren't full, but satisfied...

but something i did notice outside of america? their definition of fullness in Jesus, beats ours anyday.

amidst the worst circumstances - when their hair is orange from not eating, and when being naked is the norm - they find happiness in the Lord, that could school our definitions of fullness in Christ anyday.

we have so much to learn from those less fortunate than ourselves.

like how to be full, even though it doesn't make sense.
