find out what it means to me.

if our futures aren't completely tainted by our pasts - than what is it that encourages us to live lives that are supposed to be holy and blameless?

i have a hard time not assuming that most people, including myself, take advantage of grace. but how do you get yourself out of that funk without dropping the idea of mercy and grace?

i think the mercy and grace of God are huge stumbling blocks to those thinking about the christian faith, and even christians. it's hard to imagine that i could do any stinking thing i wanted to, and not be denied access from the greatest grace there is.

i'm not saying or trying to imply i live a life anything close to holy and blameless, but i can say this - the thing tht encourages me to keep going is the lifestyle of Christ.

he sacrificed everything for us, and because of that sacrifice, we respect him. sacrifice is respected. we respect mother theresa because she was always giving her time and energy to others.

if people thrive of the encouragement or respect of others, i suppose all they would have to do is sacrifice. sacrifice your opportunities to please yourself.

i need to do that man. i love respect.
